Julia Rodenas

Julia is a relentless user advocate who pursues a human-centered approach to design meaningful business and technology solutions that both address unmet user needs and deliver lasting value to organizations. She strives to create experiences that enrich lives and enable businesses to deliver more value through innovation.

Julia began my career at Deloitte Consulting LLP in September 2014 as a Business Technology Analyst. She has experience in project management and functional support in the release of custom web solutions, and is highly adaptable and flexible to the type of tasks and work she is assigned. She has developed growth strategies for clients' enterprise web environments, and applied leading edge user interface design standards to improve site aesthetics and usability.

She has experience in multiple facets of business development, from identifying opportunities to writing proposals and is currently pursuing an MBA + MS Design Innovation degree at Kellogg School of Management. Julia graduated from the Clark School of Engineering at University of Maryland with a B.S. in Bioengineering, with an Honors citation.
